Re: Cosdra & Msdra Winter Schedule

Might want to check your dates. 2009 is NOT a leap year so no February 29th. That would be February 28th and March 1st.

Re: Cosdra & Msdra Winter Schedule

Kris, are there going to be any rule changes for the hill climbs? My STOCK sled was bumped into the MOD class last year because of track lug height. Kind of hard to compete with a MOD snowXer with stock trail sled. Also, are all the climbs going to be 660'? I was told Treetops was longer that that last year.

 Thanks

Matt

Re: Cosdra & Msdra Winter Schedule

Hello Matt Both events last year were 660ft and all will be this year. Anyone with a stock sled that has more than 1 1/4 lug track will be in improved not modified.

Re: Cosdra & Msdra Winter Schedule

I need some feed Back on if the Hill Climbs should have jumps or just drag race up the hill on the Compulink Timing System.

Jumps for sure! The flat uphill race is just plain boring.

Re: Cosdra & Msdra Winter Schedule

the jumps are a MUST. brighton wasn't too bad last year, could have been bigger. but treetops jumps were WAY too small. the jumps are what make these events competitive. w/o them the people who didnt buy the latest/newest model sled that year might as well not even come out (at least for the stock classes). bringing the driver's ability and nuts into the equation are the reasons why these events are BAD @$$! BIGGER JUMPS PLEASE, also, are doubles or tabletops out of the question? thanks Jeff

Re: Cosdra & Msdra Winter Schedule

Jeff I agree with you jumps are a must. Wouldn't be the rush without the jumps. I am thinking about the first jump to be a Double out at the 220ft mark. This would make it more entertaining for racer & Spectator. I Have Done them Triple ,Double, Single What a show & Nobody got hurt. This really brings in Who has the Balls & Driver Ability. We will make it more entertaining this year. Still Looking to find one more hill to fill in the Schedule Anyone have any contacts call me.
